Education in Indian Schools is Equal to Half-Education.

Mostly, this topic is very much intellectual in sense. I'm not going to use any words which are not suitable for describing this topic. Well, we are half-educated.
What question arises when I talk about half-education?
Half-education is a coating word which coats actual education in Indian schools. We agree that Indian schools are not up-to date. They are slightly, we can't say backward but, they don't provide exact knowledge to children. Knowledge is not what school really cares about? They care about their own reputation. If children from a school scores 90% and above the school's reputation goes up. Schools India go backward because there is competition all around. Every school want their children to top in state or district. In this process of earning a milestone, students don't clear their concept. All children care about is for marks. They don't strive for excellence; they only strive for marks. Marks only help them for taking a job which pays them high. What about the knowledge? They don't really think, that these concepts are going to help them in future. They don't understand schools are just taking their advantage.
But, measures are taken to do better for students. The schools in India are improving their efficiency and technique of teaching students. Schools are providing their students extra-knowledge about the social issues. Just to make sure that all the children are really extra-ordinary. Subjects like history and P.D are taught with extra efforts put in. Teaching techniques are been modernize. Lectures are giving through cams and other external factors. There is were my point is. These all are external factors.
No external factors are going to help in all-round development of students. There is a big difference in "chalk and talk" learning and "modern engaged" learning techniques. Well, I have done enough explanation. Now the question arises how schools in India can do more than what they are doing?

1. Interaction with students in a friendly way:

When a teacher teaches a child in a professional manner that only points that the teacher is professional during his work time. But, when a teacher acts and behaves friendly with a child, child himself feels free to interact with the teacher. Interaction only for study purposes is not worthy. It is worthy when children can talk with teacher about their problems and other issues they see or observe. So, interactive teaching is effective, essential and important.

2. Avoid being bookish:

Books give us knowledge. It is right. But, no book give us full or entire knowledge for any of the topic. That is when we need to search for more knowledge and strive for it. Because of network reaching everywhere we are able to search information on various topics. But, then also many schools tell their children not to refer from external books. They say, "If you want marks then write answers from government textbook". In my sense, I say that, this is a worthless, impractical and useless statement ever said by anyone. Because this is not what education is about. Everyone is free to write their answers from any notes they get or children now a days make their own notes. Government textbooks are only for marks. You get knowledge everywhere. You just need to open your eyes.

3. Make them understand what India needs to develop?

There are three things which India needs for it's development- Education, Money and Thinking. The first two concepts are quite clear for all. Thinking in what sense? This is what Indian schools lack to do. They don't even think the children who are studying in their schools are future of India. Future is in their hands. I just want to say that- schools should talk about the issues which India is facing during it's developing phase. Teacher should tell them to read newspaper. Actually, they should keep a separate lecture for newspaper reading. During these schooling years child's brains is very desiring. School should change and carve students mindset in a patriotic manner so that they don't struggle afterwards. India needs youth to progress for it's development.

4. Innovation is the key factor:

In these schooling years, students do innovation in simple ways. They start to find out different, new and aspiring things. They search innovative techniques to learn, to play or many more. But, there are less children which do innovation in education. They even struggle to do a EVS project by themselves. Who are responsible for all this? In school there should be innovative classes like work-experience and teachers who are expert in the subject should help children in it. Well, ideas are hidden due to lack of others interest. Innovation in school is easy because they don't require capital. They only require ideas, own-hands and little bit of common sense with clean heart.

I just want to say that schools should help their students in doing extra and useful work.
Books are only going to help till certain standards. They will not help in shaping destinies.
Even I'm writing being a college student. Well, everyone needs some guidance during initial and developing years and I hope schools will provide it.
