Kashmir: Time to shut the case!
I am writing about Kashmir conflict for the first time, and I am also not very informed about it. But still, I know that it is affecting my country in negative ways and also we're claiming that - the entire state of Kashmir is ours. I won't take much of your time as writing about Kashmir dispute may enrage many people at the same time. But frankly, I think we had enough of Kashmir dispute. Well, I don't know if claiming it is fair or unfair but, it is affecting our country. Speaking about the dark side of the Kashmir dispute, India and Pakistan had 3 wars due to it, India is spending immense amount of money on just maintaining the Kashmir, and also our army men are going through a lot of troubles/problems due to it.
Indian government as well as Pakistani government have claimed each other for carrying on terrorist activities on both the side of Kashmir. Well, it is true there are terrorist activities going on in Kashmir or in its inner parts but, none of the governments are involved in it, I guess. Terrorist groups are taking advantage of the tension between the two nations, that's all. They carry on their unproductive yet lethal activities, and at times harm our soldiers as well as their soldiers. Pakistan too is a victim of terrorism. This territorial conflict has given birth to major terrorist groups and has also given them a shelter to carry on their activities. But it is enough now. We had enough of it. I might not know about you but it hurts when a human being is killed or murdered. It hurts when some people are not able to live their lives "normally". Kashmiris on both the sides are also humans and they did no wrong to deserve to live a life in "fear". If you think nationalism is more important than anything else, then go and live with them and experience their pain. It is unbearable.
Conclusion: The only conclusion I see is, give Pakistan the remaining part of the Kashmir and let them suffer. We're a growing economy and theirs is still, under-developed. They'll find it difficult to manage everything and their economy will collapse. I am not suggesting this because I hate Pakistan or Pakistani. I want India to act maturely and teach them a lesson. It is the politics which is ruining thousands of lives...and we're helpless, not able to do a single thing.
